7. Mentor / assessor sign-off confirmation: I confirm that I am submitting or reviewing this session as the mentor coach / assessor, and that ELTC may generate mentor-facing internal outputs including the evidence table and mentor session guide.

In case of submitting a transcript, I confirm that I have verified this transcript against the audio, with accurate speaker attribution, timestamps, and verbatim dialogue; that my client has agreed to it being shared with ELTC for AI-assisted coaching assessment; and that I have read and accept the terms.*

ELTC may securely retain my uploads until I request deletion.*

ELTC may study my session internally to improve how we assess coaching. Where practical, identifying details will be removed first. This stays inside ELTC and is never used to train any external AI system.*

ELTC may use my session, or parts of it, as a teaching example with other ELTC trainees. I confirm my client has agreed to this educational use. Before any such use, names and obvious identifying details are removed.*

I confirm my client is 18 or over. This beta version currently accepts sessions with adult clients only.*

I have provided at least one session source: an uploaded transcript document, pasted transcript text, or a Google Drive/Zoom recording link.*
