What this is. You are submitting a coaching session transcript to Elevate Life Training & Coaching for a developmental assessment against ICF competencies. During this beta the service is free. Each submission is reviewed and prepared personally by a qualified ELTC reviewer. This is developmental feedback to support your growth and credential preparation. It is an informed opinion, not an ICF decision, and it does not guarantee any credentialing outcome.
 

AI is involved. Your transcript is processed with the help of a large language model to support the assessment. A qualified ELTC reviewer reviews the output before it is sent to you. The AI does not make a final judgment on its own.
 

Your client's agreement (required). The session involves your client, who is not a party to this service. By submitting, you confirm you have your client's agreement to share this recording or transcript for third-party coaching assessment, and that the file you are uploading is a genuine, verbatim record of the session. You remain responsible for your confidentiality obligations to your client, as you would with any supervisor or mentor coach.
 

What we do with your transcript. We use it to produce your assessment and the documents we return to you. We do not sell it, publish it, or share it outside ELTC. We never use your session to train any external AI system.
 

Keeping or deleting your transcript. By default, your transcript is deleted after your assessment is delivered. You may opt in on the intake form to let us retain it securely (cold storage) or to let us learn from it. Retained transcripts are held until you ask us to delete them, or until we contact you for fresh consent before any future version of the platform uses them. You can request deletion at any time by emailing info@elevatelife.pro, and we will delete our copies within 30 days. Assessment documents already sent to you remain yours.
 

Safety. Because a real person reviews each session, if a submission contains signs of serious risk to your client or someone else, we may need to pause the assessment and advise you on appropriate next steps. This is a basic duty-of-care step, not a clinical or reporting service.
 

Where you are. Please tell us your country and your client's country at upload, so we handle the data appropriately. If either of you is in the EU or UK, additional data-protection rules may apply and we will handle the session accordingly.
